NXP Semiconductors MRF101AN RF Essentials Kit is used to jump-start RF amplifier designs. The kit uses the MRF101AN 100W RF power LDMOS transistor housed in an easy-to-use TO-220 package. Reference circuit examples are available for various applications with frequencies ranging from 1.8 to 250MHz.
