NXP Semiconductors PCA9420 Power Management IC (PMIC)
NXP Semiconductors PCA9420 Power Management IC (PMIC) is a highly integrated PMIC that is designed to provide a full-power management solution for low-power applications. It is targeted to provide power management solutions for low-power microcontroller applications or other similar applications powered by Li-ion battery. The device consists of a linear battery charger capable of charging up to 315mA current with I2C programmable Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) values. The device also integrates 2x buck converters, 2x LDOs with programmable output voltage. The chip is offered in 2.09mmx2.09mm, 5x5 bump, 0.4mm pitch WLCSP package; and 3mmx3mm, 24-pin QFN package.
