Toshiba TC78H6 Brushed Motor Driver ICs are dual-bridge driver ICs for DC motors which incorporate DMOS in output transistors. The TC78H6 brushed motor driver ICs are silicon monolithic fabricated and are capable of driving 2 DC brush motors or 1 stepping motor. These driver ICs feature built-in-over current detection, thermal shutdown circuit, and under voltage lockout. The TC786 brushed motor driver ICs operate at 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and -30°C to 85°C operating temperature range. The TC78H6 brushed motor driver ICs are available in small profile packages.
