MACOM MAAM-011268 Wideband Distributed Amplifier
MACOM MAAM-011268 Wideband Distributed Amplifier provides up to 14dB of linear gain for a wide range of communication applications. The MAAM-011268 is input- and output-matched to 50Ω with typical return loss of 12dB. This device requires only positive bias voltages, includes an integrated power detector, and operates at 4V to 6V, with a bias current of 125mA to 150mA.
