Diodes Incorporated AP7366 LDO Regulators are designed to maximize system run time and minimize standby power in low-power systems. These regulators include an error amplifier, a pass element, band-gap, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. The built-in thermal shutdown and current limit functions prevent damage to the IC under fault conditions. The AP7366 LDO regulators come with adjustable output from 0.8V to 5V and fixed versions with 1.0V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 3.9V outputs.
