Diodes Incorporated SMxJ Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO7637-2 and electrostatic discharges as per ISO10605. These TVS diodes are available in both unidirectional and bidirectional versions. The SMxJ diodes feature good clamping capability, 14V to 36V standoff voltage range, and glass passivated die construction. These TVS diodes are available in three variants including SMAJ14/36(C)AQ, SMBJ14/36(C)AQ, and SMCJ14/36(C)AQ.
